Man Power Consultancy

You can find us in Mogappair East, over at 1/442. We share the space with T. Manohar's office. Chennai heat can be something else, but we have our fans going and the work stays steady. Mogappair is a growing area, and being in the East side puts us right where a lot of the action is. We started this consultancy to help local people find their way into different jobs. The building is a regular Chennai structure, nothing too modern, but it is solid. We have a few desks set up and some filing cabinets that are starting to overflow. Most days are spent on the phone or meeting with candidates who stop by. We do not believe in making things more complicated than they need to be. If someone needs a job and we know a place, we try to make that connection. It is about being useful to the neighborhood. The 600037 area has changed a lot since we first arrived, but we have stayed right here. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard for people to park, but they usually find a way. We keep some water ready for anyone who walks in out of the sun. It is just a small office with a lot of paperwork and a lot of conversations happening all at once. We like the rhythm of it. It is not glamorous, but it is what we know how to do best.
