It’s a practical setup where we prioritize getting the inventory sorted. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down, which is a bit of a disaster for the morning shift. We just try to keep things moving and stay on top of the list of things to do. It’s a simple operation run by people who live nearby and understand the local market. We just show up, do the work, and make sure the deliveries go out on time every single day.
