Magna Cranes Pvt. Ltd. is found at 176, North Usman Road in T. Nagar. This is one of the busiest parts of Chennai, so there is never a quiet moment outside our doors. We’ve been at this North Usman Road address for a long time now. The office itself is quite plain and functional. We have a couple of old desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a lot of maps of the city pinned up on the walls. Since we deal with cranes, most of our actual equipment is out at various work sites around the state, so this place serves as our main hub for scheduling and logistics. It can get a bit loud with the buses and cars honking outside, but we just shut the windows and keep working. We aren't into the corporate style of doing things. We prefer to keep it simple and direct. Usually, there’s a pot of coffee or tea on the go and some newspapers on the table. We know the other business owners on this stretch of the road and we often see them when we step out for a break. It’s a very lived-in space that reflects the years we’ve spent in the crane business. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just answer the phone, handle the bookings, and make sure the cranes get to where they need to be on time.
