You can find Maghi'S Cookery P Ltd at number 81/117 on Mound, right along Poonamalle Road in Porur. This is where we do all our cooking and business operations. It’s a busy road so there’s always a lot of activity outside our doors. We’ve been here for a while and the kitchen is usually the heart of everything we do. We don’t have a massive corporate structure or anything like that. We are just a group of people who enjoy food and wanted to make a business out of it. The building we are in has seen a lot of years, but it has character and it’s a good place to work. We spend our mornings prepping everything and making sure we are ready for the day ahead. It’s hard work and it can get pretty hot in the kitchen, but we don’t mind it much. We aren't interested in being some big fancy restaurant chain. We just want to make good food that people actually want to eat. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have a lot of orders at once, but we just put our heads down and get through it. We don’t use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook and hope that the people in Porur like what we’re making. It’s a very simple and honest way to spend the day for us.
