Madras Refrigeration

Our shop is over in Palavakkam, right on Subray Street just off the ECR. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. Most days involve looking at fridges and cooling units that have stopped working. It gets really busy when the summer hits because everyone’s machine seems to break at once. We handle a lot of different brands, mostly just trying to figure out why they aren't getting cold anymore. The workshop is small but it fits what we need. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, but that’s just how it goes with older models. We've seen a lot of changes around here lately with all the new buildings going up along the coast. People come in asking for advice or just to get something fixed quickly. We try to keep things simple and get the job done without making it more complicated than it needs to be. It's mostly just me and a couple of others here every day. If you’re driving down toward the beach, you’ve probably passed us a dozen times. We keep the doors open mostly to let some air in. It's steady work and we know the locals around here pretty well by now. Nothing fancy about the place, just tools and old units sitting around. We don't do big advertisements or anything. People just find us. That’s pretty much us at Madras Refrigeration. We've been here a long time and plan to stay for many years more.
