Nakoda Traders

You can find Nakoda Traders over by the Madara Stand on New Sanganer Road. It’s a busy area and we’ve been here for a good while now. The shop is usually packed with different items we trade in, so there isn't much room to walk around once a few people come in. We spend a lot of time sorting through stock and making sure everything is counted right. It’s a bit of a squeeze inside, but we know where every single box is kept. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so loud we have to shout a bit to be heard over the horns. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us handling the orders and talking to the folks who drop in. Most of the day is spent checking what came in on the morning delivery and what needs to go out by evening. Our counter is usually piled high with ledgers and pens because we still like to write things down. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the fan going and carry on. People from around Sanganer Road know us as the place near the stand where they can get what they need without a fuss. We don't do much advertising, mostly it's just people seeing the sign or hearing about us from someone else. It's just a regular local trade business, doing its thing day in and day out without any complications.
