Our office is over at No. 3, Mooparappan Street in T Nagar. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded with all the shops and people moving around. We’ve been based in this part of Chennai for quite some time. It's a management consulting setup, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at resumes and spreadsheets. The office itself is tucked away a bit, so it's not as noisy as the main road. We have a small team here. Some of us have been around since the beginning, and others are newer. We don't really go for those big, shiny corporate vibes you see in the high-rise buildings. It’s more of a functional space where we drink a lot of tea and try to get people sorted with their work needs. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a bit of noise, but we’re used to it. We keep things pretty simple. No fancy dress codes or anything like that, just people working hard. T Nagar is a good place to be because everything is close by. We usually grab lunch from the local spots around the corner. It's a busy life, but we like the pace of it. We just focus on what needs to be done each day. It's not always perfect, but we get there in the end. It's a bit cramped with all the files, but it works for us.
