M. M. Pharma

Our place is at AE-75 3rd Street in Anna Nagar. It’s tucked away in one of those residential streets that make this area what it is. M. M. Pharma is just a small operation really. We have a ground floor space that we use for everything. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have a lot of stock coming in, but we make it work. The street is usually lined with scooters and the occasional delivery van. We spend most of the day answering calls from pharmacies and checking what we have on the shelves. It’s not complicated work, but it needs to be done right so nobody gets the wrong medicine. We have a small table in the corner where we sit for our tea breaks. The sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon, making it quite warm, so we keep the blinds down. It’s a very local feel here. We know the milkman and the person who delivers the mail by name. Most of us live close enough to walk or take a short bike ride. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just have a few people who know the products and the customers. It’s just about keeping the shelves filled and making sure the orders go out on time every day. It’s a steady pace, and we like it that way. No drama, just work.
