You can find M K Industrial Equipments at 38/69 on Sembudoss Street. If you’ve ever been to George Town, you know how tight the streets can be. It’s a very old part of the city and it’s always packed with lorries and people carrying goods. Our shop is right in the middle of all that chaos. We sell industrial gear and tools that factories and workshops use. The building is old, like most of the structures on Sembudoss Street. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze with all the boxes and equipment stacked up. We don’t have much room for a showroom, so things are mostly kept on heavy-duty racks. It’s dusty and noisy outside, but that’s the spirit of George Town. We’ve been here a long time. People know us as the place to go when they need something specific for their machines. We don’t do much talking; we just find what the customer is looking for. The stairs are a bit narrow and the floors are worn down from years of moving heavy stuff. It’s a real working environment. We don’t bother with fancy displays or lights. If the gear works, that’s all that matters. It’s a bit hard to park a car near 38/69, so most people just walk or use a two-wheeler. We open up early to beat some of the heat and stay until the last order is packed for the day.
