This is Lss. We don’t have a big physical storefront or a fancy office building to show off. Most of what we do goes through the balamatrix gmailcom address. We check the inbox constantly throughout the day. It’s just the nature of the job. Balamatrix is the main point of contact for anyone trying to reach us. We try to keep things simple and direct. No long corporate emails or complicated processes. If you send a message, one of us will eventually see it and write back. It’s a small operation, just a couple of people trying to keep things moving. We don't have a big team or fancy titles. It’s just us and our laptops. That’s the reality of Lss.
