Down here on Haddows Lane, which is tucked away just off the main Haddows Road, it stays relatively quiet compared to the rest of the busy city. We have been operating out of number 5 for quite some time now. Dealing with insulation materials is not the most glamorous job in the world, but it is what we know how to do. The office is an older style, with high ceilings and a lot of history in the walls. We spend a lot of time looking at technical drawings and calculating exactly how much material is needed for different building sites. The Chennai heat is no joke, so we definitely understand the practical value of the products we are handling. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for decades and some newer faces who are still learning the ropes. We have a lot of old files from past projects that we still look through for reference when something tricky comes up. The lane outside is quite narrow, so parking can be a real headache for visitors, but we have learned to make it work. It is a steady pace of work, focusing on the technical side of keeping heat and sound where they are supposed to be. We don't spend much on advertising because people in the industry already know where to find us. Usually, the morning starts with a quick meeting to see which materials are leaving the warehouse and where they are going. It is just honest, technical work.
