Liv Medica Equipments Ltd.

Working inside Phase II of MEPZ in Tambaram is a bit different than being on a regular city street. You have to go through the gates and follow the signs to B-26 to find Liv Medica Equipments Ltd. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks moving and people in uniforms walking around. Our facility is mostly dedicated to handling the equipment we distribute. It’s a big space with high ceilings, which helps keep it a bit cooler, though not much. We spend the morning checking the inventory that came in overnight. There is a lot of technical stuff to keep track of, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it’s second nature. The canteen nearby is where most of us head for lunch. It’s not the most exciting place, but it’s practical for what we need. We don't really have a front desk for visitors since we are mostly focused on the equipment side of things. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, but we just take it one pile at a time. Tambaram can be a long commute for some of us, but we like being in the special zone because everything we need is right here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. It’s just a warehouse and some offices where we get the equipment ready for the hospitals and clinics. That is how we spend our time each week.
