Le Bistro Private Limited

We are over at No. 18 on TTK Road 1st Cross Street. Alwarpet gets pretty busy during the day, so things can get a bit loud outside our door. Le Bistro Private Limited isn't some giant corporation, just a few of us trying to run a decent place here in Chennai. Usually, the mornings start with us checking the kitchen and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes the delivery guys are late and we have to wait around, which is annoying but that's just how it goes. The street outside has a lot of trees, which is nice when it’s not too hot. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place clean and making sure the food is ready for whoever walks in. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of what we do is just routine stuff like chopping vegetables or dealing with the accounts. It gets a bit cramped in the back office when we’re all there at once. If you find yourself in the 600018 area, you’ll probably see our sign. We’ve been here for a bit now and we know most of the neighbors. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep things moving every day without too much fuss or drama. That’s pretty much us.
