Laiba Architects

Laiba Architects is located on Pm Street in Royapettah, right at No:12/1. If you know where Rabbani Hospital is, we are just a short walk from there. It's a busy part of town but we've gotten used to the noise and the energy of the streets outside. We spend our days mostly drawing and looking at site plans. The office is a bit small, but it fits us just fine. We have our desks set up and plenty of pens and paper lying around. Royapettah has always felt like home for us, so setting up here made sense. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with big meetings and PowerPoint shows. Instead, we just sit down and talk about what needs to be built or fixed. Sometimes the hospital traffic makes it hard to park, but we manage. Being near a landmark like that helps people find us, which is good because the lanes here can get a bit confusing for those who don't live around here. We just focus on the work at hand. Every day is different, depending on what the clients need, but we keep our routine pretty simple. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, right here in the heart of the city. We appreciate the people who stop by to discuss their ideas. It feels good to be a local business in such a historic neighborhood. We just keep things moving and focus on the day.
