Arumbakkam is a busy part of Chennai, and that is where we do most of our work at L S S Driving School. We are based right here in the 600106 area, which is great because there are plenty of different types of roads for our students to practice on. Some days we are on the quiet side streets and other days we have to go out into the thick of the traffic. It is the only way to really learn how to drive in this city. We have seen all kinds of learners, from teenagers who are excited to start to older people who are finally getting around to it. We keep the lessons very simple. We don't use any complicated manuals, we just get in the car and start moving. Most people are worried about the RTO test, so we spend a lot of time practicing the "H" and the "8" tracks until they can do them in their sleep. It is a lot of repetitive work, but it is necessary. We are just a local team and we know the area well, so we can give tips on which junctions are the trickiest. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few instructors who have been driving for years and years.
