We've been doing catering here in Kolathur for a while now. Most people find us because we're right near DRJ Hospital in Mohammed Hussain Colony. It’s just us working out of our kitchen at No 4/7. We started out small, just helping with local parties and family get-togethers. Sometimes things get busy, but we just focus on getting the food out on time. It's not a big fancy operation, just a kitchen where we cook what people ask for. We use the recipes we know and try to keep things steady. The neighborhood is pretty quiet around here. People often just walk in to talk about their events instead of calling. We handle the cooking and the packing ourselves. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot, but we like staying busy. Sometimes we're running around trying to find the right ingredients in the market. We don't have a big office or anything, just the space where the cooking happens. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near the hospital. We do our own washing up and prep work every morning. It's a simple life here in Mohammed Hussain Colony. We just want to make sure the food is ready when we say it will be. Nothing more to it than that really. Just a local catering spot that does its job every day of the week.
