You can find the Kuoni Academy of Travel on the ground floor of Fagun Mansion, which is No 26 on Ethiraj Salai. People also know this as Commander In Chief Road. It’s a fairly well-known building in this part of town. Being on the ground floor makes it pretty easy for people to just walk in when they have questions about our travel courses. We’ve been operating out of this space for quite a few years now. The office is just a regular workplace. We have some desks, some maps, and a lot of papers about the travel industry. It’s not a high-pressure environment; we just deal with students and people looking to start a career in tourism or aviation. Ethiraj Salai is usually busy with traffic, but once you step inside Fagun Mansion, it’s a bit calmer. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that. We just focus on the classes we have scheduled. The staff here knows the travel business well, and we just share what we know with whoever signs up for a course. It’s a very practical, down-to-earth kind of place. We keep the doors open during the day and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who drops by. There’s no big corporate vibe here. It’s just us in a ground-floor office on a busy street, helping people learn about the world of travel. It works for us.
