Our location is No. 23 Sri Shakthi Amman Nagar, which is out on Kundrathur Main Road in Natham. It’s a bit of a journey from the city center, but it’s quieter out here. We are Mars Sterile Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and as the name suggests, we deal with sterile environments. This means we have to be very careful about dust and dirt. Our facility is kept very clean, and we spend a lot of time in gear that covers us up. It’s a bit of a strange way to work if you aren't used to it, but it’s necessary for what we do. The Amma Temple is nearby, so the area has a bit of a local, spiritual feel to it. The road outside can get dusty because there’s still some construction happening in this part of Natham. We have a small yard where we park our bikes. Inside, it’s all white walls and bright lights. We focus on making sure nothing gets contaminated. It’s a lot of monitoring and checking gauges. We don't have a big breakroom, just a small space to sit and have a coffee. Most of the people working here are from the surrounding villages and towns. We like being out here away from the heavy congestion of the main city. It’s a straightforward job that requires a lot of attention to detail, and we just keep our heads down and do it.
