We are located on the third floor of Sivaram'S Sterling Tower, which is No. 132-A on Sterling Road. Being in Nungambakkam means there’s always traffic and people moving around outside. Kpk Engineering Company has been in this office for a while now. It’s mostly desks, blueprints, and a lot of coffee cups. We spend our days looking over technical drawings and figuring out engineering problems. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow during lunch hour, so we often just take the stairs. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We're just a small team trying to get the specs right for our clients. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up. The view from the third floor is just the street and other buildings, nothing fancy. We don't really go for big presentations or flashy brochures. We'd rather just sit down and explain the details to whoever is asking. It gets a little cramped when we have a lot of files piled up, but we know where everything is. Nungambakkam is a good place to be, even if the parking is a nightmare sometimes. We just show up and do the engineering work that needs doing. That’s the long and short of it for us at Sterling Road. We've been here long enough that the security guards know us all by name.
