Kontact Engineers

We are located at Ss2 on the 1st Main Road in the Ambattur Industrial Estate. This part of town is all about industry, so we fit right in here at Kontact Engineers. The estate is a huge place, and our corner of it is usually humming with the sound of machinery and trucks. We’ve been in this building for years, and it shows in the way the floors are worn and the desks are cluttered with blueprints. We handle engineering work, mostly the kind of stuff that requires getting your hands dirty and paying attention to the details. There’s no lobby with a receptionist or fancy coffee machine here. We usually just make our own tea in the back. The 1st Main Road gets quite busy in the mornings with everyone heading to their shifts. We like being in Ambattur because everything we need is nearby. It’s a practical location for a practical business. Our team is a mix of older guys who know the machines inside out and a few younger ones learning the ropes. We don’t talk much about goals or visions; we just talk about what needs to be fixed or built today. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it’s worked for us for a long time. The office is just a place where work happens. We try to keep things organized, but in an engineering shed, there's always a bit of grease and dust. We just roll with it and keep the projects moving.
