Kongu Engineers

Kongu Engineers is located on the first floor at 8A Giriappa Road in T. Nagar. If you know T. Nagar, you know it can be a bit of a maze, but our building is pretty easy to spot once you're on the right road. We've been operating out of this first-floor space for quite some time now. It’s a practical location for us. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or art on the walls because we spend most of our time focused on the engineering side of things. It’s a lot of drawings, calculations, and talking through problems. Sometimes we argue a bit about the best way to handle a project, but that’s just how it goes when you care about the work. We are a small team, so everyone has to do a bit of everything. There’s no one here who just sits around. Even the boss is usually elbow-deep in some technical file. We keep our coffee machine running pretty much all day long. It’s not the quietest office because there is always some discussion happening, but it’s a good environment to work in. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or confusing documents. We just say what we can do and then we go ahead and do it. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it seems to work for us and the folks we work for. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
