Even though the company name mentions Chennai, this particular office is tucked away on Balakrishna Street in Madurai. Specifically, we are at number 13 in Sasi Nagar, which is part of the P T Nagar Extension. It’s a bit of a mouthful to tell people the address over the phone. Madurai has a different pace than Chennai, and we kind of like that. Our street is fairly quiet, mostly residential with a few other small businesses like ours. The office isn’t anything special to look at. It’s a functional space where Klg Systel Ltd Chennai keeps its Madurai operations going. We have a few computers, a printer that sometimes jams, and a lot of pens that seem to disappear whenever you need one. The morning routine is pretty set. We arrive, open the windows to let some air in, and get to work. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us handling the day-to-day requirements.
