Kiran'S Kitchen Private Limited is based on the second floor of a building in Wood Creek County, over in Nandambakkam. The address is No.15, Phase 2, on 9th Cross Street. It’s a bit of a quieter residential area compared to the main roads of Chennai-Chennai, which is nice when you’re trying to run a kitchen business without too many distractions. We spend most of our time dealing with recipes, ingredients, and the logistics of getting food ready for our customers. The space is set up for hard work, not for showing off. You’ll see big sinks, heavy-duty stoves, and plenty of stainless steel tables everywhere. It gets very hot in the kitchen, especially during the middle of the day in summer, but that’s just part of the job. We have a small group of cooks and helpers who show up every day and just get the job done. Sometimes we run out of something at the last minute or a delivery is late because of the weather, and we have to scramble to fix it. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment for all of us. We don't have a corporate office with a view or anything; we just have a functional space where the actual cooking happens in 600016. People in the neighborhood sometimes smell whatever we are making that day when the wind blows right. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to keep the place clean and efficient. It’s honest work, and we like being in Nandambakkam.
