Kavitha Engineering

We've been at 75 Main Road in Gandhi Nagar for a good while now. It’s just a small engineering shop, really. Most days you'll find us busy with whatever parts or repairs come through the door. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the machines running, but that's just how it is. My uncle started this place because he liked fixing things, and we just kept it going. We don’t have a big front office or anything fancy like that. Usually, there's grease on the floor and a few projects sitting around half-finished while we wait for materials to arrive. People around Gandhi Nagar know where we are if they need something fabricated or if a machine part breaks down. It's not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes the traffic on Main Road makes it hard to park, but we manage. We just try to do the work right so things don't break again next week. Most of the guys here have been working together for years, so we know each other's habits. We don't spend much time on computers or fancy paperwork. We'd rather be out back actually working on the steel. If you walk past, you'll probably hear the grinders going. We just show up every morning, drink some tea, and get to it. It's a simple life and a simple business, nothing more than that. We just focus on what's in front of us today.
