We are located at 143/2 on Anna Pillai Street. This part of the city is always moving, and there is never a quiet moment outside our door. The office is tucked into a spot where you might miss it if you aren't looking closely. Inside, it's pretty basic with old wooden desks and a lot of ledgers. We do most of our work during the day when the street is loudest with delivery carts and people shouting. It’s a lot of manual tracking of what goes out and what comes in. There’s a small fan that wobbles a bit, but it does the job. We keep a teapot in the back for when things slow down in the late afternoon. Most of our neighbors are other small businesses, so we see the same faces every day. It’s the kind of place where people stop by just to say hello or ask about the weather. We don't have a website that we update or any of that. If someone needs us, they usually just call the landline or walk in through the front. The floor is a bit uneven in the corner, so we had to put a piece of folded paper under one of the table legs. It's been like that for years and nobody thinks twice about it. We just handle the agency work as it comes, day by day. It’s not fancy, but it works for us and keep things going.
