K S Event Management

We’ve got our office on Shenoy Road in Nungambakkam. It’s right across from the police station, so it is quite easy to tell people where to find us when they are driving over. Chennai heat is a real thing most of the year, so we keep the fans going and stay busy with the planning side of things. K S Event Management has been around this area for a bit. We spend our mornings looking at floor plans and our afternoons calling up suppliers to see if things are ready. It’s a lot of back and forth, and sometimes it gets a bit tiring. Sometimes a client comes in and we just sit around the table and talk through what they need for their specific situation. We don't use big words or fancy presentations with lots of slides. We just write things down in notebooks and try to stay as organized as possible. Nungambakkam is a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise from the street, but we’re used to it by now. We handle everything from the small stuff to the bigger logistical headaches that pop up. It isn't always easy, and things go wrong sometimes, but we just fix them and move on to the next task. We aren't a huge corporation, just a local team that knows the city and knows how to get things moved from point A to point B. If you’re near the station, you’ll likely see our sign outside.
