You can find us at No 21 in L & T Nagar. We are on the second street, not too far from the Porur Bhai Khadai area in Moulivakkam. It’s a residential-feeling spot but we do our food business from here. The neighborhood is usually quiet in the mornings until the shops start opening up. We spend our time checking the fresh food that comes in. It’s a simple setup at the house-turned-office. We don't have any big flashy signs. Most of our neighbors know us by now. Sometimes the delivery bikes take up too much space on the street and we have to go out and move them. It’s just how things are in Porur. The weather can be really humid, which isn't great when you're working with food, so we keep the coolers running. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team of us trying to make sure the food gets to where it needs to go. We write down our orders in big ledgers and keep track of everything manually mostly. The street is a bit bumpy, so we have to be careful with the crates. It’s a regular day-to-day life for us here. We grab tea from the stall around the corner when we have a break. We started this because we knew the area well and wanted to do something locally. It takes up a lot of our time, but that is fine with us.
