We are at 26, Jayanthi Court on Ormes Road. That’s in Kilpauk, Chennai. It’s a nice enough area with plenty of trees. Our office is inside this residential-looking building. It’s quiet inside compared to the main road. We’ve been here for a while now. We deal with pharmaceutical products. It’s mostly an administrative office where we handle the orders and talk to the distributors. The rooms are a bit small, filled with filing cabinets and old desks. We don’t have any fancy signage or a big lobby. You just walk in and see us working. We like the neighborhood. There are some good places to grab a meal nearby. Usually, we just bring tiffin from home. The humidity in Chennai can be a lot, so we keep the windows shut and the fans on high. We aren't doing anything revolutionary. We just ensure the medicines get to the pharmacies that need them. It involves a lot of phone calls and cross-checking batch numbers. Our team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We don't have a human resources department or big corporate rules. We just show up at nine and leave when the work is finished. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We stay out of the spotlight and just do our jobs. That is how we like it.
