Japeva Engineering Pvt Ltd

Japeva Engineering is located in what we call the Pink House. It’s number 6 on Third Cross Street in Thirumurugan Nagar, Porur. It’s easy to spot because of the color. Porur is a busy part of the city and it’s always humming with activity. We do engineering work here, mostly small parts and some design things. The house has been converted into our workspace. It’s not like a big cold factory. It feels more like a workshop. We have our tools and our computers all in different rooms. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a big project going on. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we try not to be too loud in the early mornings. We’ve got some trees out front that give a bit of shade. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad. We don't really do the corporate style. We wear regular clothes and just get our hands dirty when we need to. It’s a quiet street compared to the main road. We just spend our days fixing things or figuring out how to make them better. It’s practical work. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now and we don't plan on moving anytime soon. It suits us just fine for the kind of engineering projects we take on throughout the year.
