Our location is a bit confusing to some because the address lists both Pillayar Koil Street in Jafferkhanpet and then mentions the Vapi-Silvassa road near the Chanod GIDC. We’re tucked into G-3 of the V.G. Flats at number 148. It’s a residential building mostly, so it feels quite different from a big industrial park. Metro Labs operates out of this ground-floor space. We have our lab equipment set up in a way that makes the most of the rooms we have available. The neighbors are used to us being here by now. Living and working in this area means dealing with the humidity and the narrow roads quite often. We spend our mornings checking samples and making sure all the equipment is calibrated correctly. It’s technical work, but we talk about normal things like cricket or the weather while we work. The area around the main road is always humming with activity from the factories and passing trucks. Being in a flat means we have to be careful about noise and keeping things very clean. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the main gate. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking on the street when it rains. We handle a lot of testing and quality checks for different clients. It’s a steady routine for us. We get in early, start the machines, and work through the pile of tests until it’s time to go home. It’s just a practical setup for the work we do.
