Thakkolam is a small place and life moves a bit slower here. We are located on Big Strret, which isn't actually that big if you think about it. Jabil Circuit Indai Pvt Ltd is located right here in the Vellore district. It gets incredibly hot in this part of the country, especially in the middle of the day. We have a couple of old fans that stay on all the time. The office is pretty basic. We have some wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days. There is a lot of dust because the road is right outside our door. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place tidy. People walk by and peek in sometimes to see what we are doing. It is a very local vibe. We know the guy at the tea stall across the street. He knows exactly how we like our tea served. We do not have a big corporate culture here. It is just a few of us trying to keep things organized. The internet connection can be a bit of a headache on some days. We just use our phones when that happens. It is not a place for fancy presentations or meetings. We just handle the day-to-day stuff. Most of our work is about keeping track of things and writing stuff down. We do not have a fancy website. If you need us, you just come to the street and ask around. Everyone knows where the office is. It works for us.
