Iver Architect

You can find Iver Architect over in Anna Nagar, specifically at No 7 in the Q Block on 13th Street. We are quite close to the S S Supermarket and the K 4 Police Station, so that usually helps people find the way when they are coming for a meeting. Anna Nagar is a nice area, but the streets can be a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with the blocks. We spend our time here working on architectural designs and trying to figure out how to make different spaces work better. It’s not a huge operation, just a small team of us who enjoy the process of drawing and planning. The office is usually full of rolls of paper and various models we’ve been working on. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. Being in the 600040 area puts us in a good spot for reaching different parts of Chennai. We don't really go for the high-end corporate vibe. We’d rather just focus on the architecture and get the plans right. People often stop by after doing their shopping at the supermarket nearby. We try to keep things relaxed and just deal with the projects as they come in. Some designs take longer than others, and there's always a bit of back and forth, but that is just part of the job here at Iver Architect. It is a decent place to work and create, and we try to stay pretty consistent with our output every single day.
