We are over at 387 4 in Green Garden, which is part of Anna Nagar East in Chennai. It is a nice part of the city with plenty of greenery, which is why they call it Green Garden, I suppose. Our office is a simple place where we spend our time helping people find jobs and helping companies find staff. We don’t have any fancy glass partitions or expensive art on the walls. It is just a standard building with some desks, chairs, and a few computers. We have a small area where people can sit and wait while we look over their resumes. Most days are quite busy with the phone ringing and people coming in for interviews. It can get a bit messy with all the paperwork we have to keep track of, but we try our best to stay on top of it. Anna Nagar East is a good location because it is easy for people to find us using the local buses. There is a bit of a garden outside our building, and it’s a nice spot to sit for a minute when the office gets too loud. We are just a small team of real people trying to make things work. We don’t use any big words or corporate talk. We just listen to what people need and see if we can help. It is a very straightforward way of running a business in Chennai.
