It Recruitment Company

Our office is located at Plot No. 11 on Sairam Avenue here in Chennai. It’s a decent spot, though finding parking can be a real headache some mornings. We call ourselves It Recruitment Company, which is a bit literal, but it tells you what we do. It’s just a small group of us sitting in a room with computers trying to match people with tech jobs. The air conditioner makes a weird humming noise sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything like that. We just try to help people find work and help companies find staff. It’s a lot of emailing and sitting through phone interviews. Chennai is a big hub for this kind of thing, so there’s always something happening. We aren't a global giant; we’re just a local outfit trying to make a living. Most of us have worked in other offices before and decided we liked this smaller setup better. There’s no dress code, so you’ll usually see us in jeans and t-shirts. We don’t have a receptionist, so if the bell rings, one of us just gets up. It is a bit informal, but the work gets done eventually. We’ve been at this for a bit and know the local market pretty well by now. We aren't out to change the world, just to do our jobs.
