Our It Recruiting Firm is tucked away on 3rd Street at No 11 Poes Road. If you know Teynampet, you know it’s a central spot in Chennai, so getting here isn't too bad. We are a small team and we don't try to act like we're some big global agency. We just work out of this office and try to help people find jobs in the tech sector. The building is older, but it serves us well. We have our desks, our files, and a lot of coffee to keep us going. Most of our day is spent reading through resumes and interviewing people either on the phone or right here in the office. We don't have a fancy website or a lot of marketing fluff. We just rely on our contacts and the work we do. Chennai has a lot of engineers, so we never run out of people to talk to. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but that is just part of living here. We try to be direct and honest with everyone. If a job isn't a good fit, we say so. We don't like wasting anyone’s time. We’ve been at this Poes Road address for a good while now. It’s a comfortable place to work.
