We are located at a place called Sreepadmam in Keerthinagar, which is in the Vellayani area of Trivandrum. Our post office is Nemom. Even though our name says New Delhi, we are firmly rooted here in Kerala. We do various types of processing services. It is mostly administrative work that keeps the wheels turning for other companies. We have a small setup here. It feels more like a house than a cold office building. We have been here for a while and the neighbors know us. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. We just have our computers and our desks. We use an email address that is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. Most of our day is spent handling data and making sure everything is where it should be. It is quiet work for the most part. We like the pace of life here in Trivandrum compared to the big cities. It lets us focus on what we are doing without too much distraction. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a good job for the people who rely on us. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always fix them as soon as we can. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their best every single day.
