International Maritime Academy

Our academy is set up at No 41 on Giri Road in T Nagar. It’s a pretty central location, which makes it handy for people coming from all over Chennai. We spend our time dealing with maritime training and everything that goes along with that. It’s a specific field, so the people who come to see us usually have a clear goal in mind. The office on Giri Road is where all the planning and the paperwork happen. It can get quite busy with students asking about sea time or certifications. T Nagar is a crowded area, but Giri Road is a little bit tucked away from the main shopping madness, which we appreciate. The building is a regular spot, nothing too flashy, just a place where we get the job done. We’ve got a small team here that handles the admissions and the scheduling for the different courses. It’s a lot of talking to people and checking documents to make sure everything is in order. We don't really do the big corporate thing; we just focus on the requirements of the maritime industry. If you come by, you’ll likely see a few people in uniform or folks waiting to hand in their applications. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We’ve been here at this address for a good bit now, and we’ve become a regular part of the local landscape in this part of town. We just keep the gears turning every day.
