You can find us at 24/14 Jehangir Street. We are tucked away in that busy area of George Town, specifically on the 2nd Line Beach. It’s right behind the G.P.O., so you can imagine the chaos of the streets around us. It’s an old part of the city, and our building definitely shows its age with the narrow stairs and the thick walls. We’ve been doing this for a long time, surrounded by the smell of old wood and polish. The shop isn't very large, so we have to stack the chairs and tables pretty high to make everything fit. It’s a bit dark inside even during the day, but we know where everything is kept. We don't have a delivery truck of our own, so we usually end up hiring someone with a cart or a small van whenever something needs to go out. The noise from the street is constant, with people shouting and horns blaring, but you get used to it after a few years. We do most of our work with basic hand tools because that’s what we are comfortable with. It isn't a fancy place by any means, just a workshop where we spend most of our waking hours. Sometimes we run out of space and have to work on the sidewalk for a bit. It’s just the way things go in this part of town.
