Interfab Electronics (I) Pvt. Ltd. is based at C-11, Electronic Sadan No.1, in the MIDC Electronics Zone at Mahape. Being in the TTC Industrial Area means we are surrounded by a lot of other factories and workshops. It’s a very industrial setting. There are no parks or fancy cafes around here, just lots of trucks and people in work clothes. We spend our days dealing with circuit boards and electronic components. It’s delicate work that requires a lot of focus and a steady hand. The workshop is bright and filled with the sound of machines and the smell of solder. It’s not the kind of place you’d go for a relaxing afternoon. We have a lot of rules about where things go and how they are handled, because electronics don't like dust or static. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We’re a group of people in Mahape doing technical work. Some of us have been here since the Electronic Sadan was first built. We don't talk much about visions or missions. We just check the diagrams and make sure the parts are soldered correctly. If something isn't working, we stay until we figure out why. It’s a practical, hardworking environment. Mahape can be a tough place to commute to, but we’re used to it. We just keep our heads down and keep the production line moving.
