Industrial Engineers (India) Pvt. Ltd. is based in the Guindy area, specifically at A-9 and A-10 in the Thiru Via Ka Industrial Estate. This part of the city is always moving. The heat in Guindy can get pretty intense during the middle of the day, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. Our units, A-9 and A-10, are right in the middle of a lot of other engineering shops. It’s a loud place most of the time. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards and the tea stall guys all know us by name. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find someone in work clothes near the entrance. The floors are concrete and there's usually a bit of oil or metal shavings here and there. That’s just the nature of what we do at Industrial Engineers (India) Pvt. Ltd. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints or checking machines. Thiru Via Ka Industrial Estate is a massive place, and it’s easy to get lost if you don’t know the plot numbers. But we’ve made our home here in these two units. It’s a steady life. We don't make big promises, we just try to get the orders out on time. The coffee at the corner is okay, and the work keeps us coming back every Monday morning. We just keep things moving without a lot of fuss.
