Industrial Engineering Corpn.

We are located at 45 Victoria Crescent Road in the Egmore area. It is a relatively quiet street compared to some of the busier parts of Chennai, and we like the atmosphere here. Industrial Engineering Corpn. has occupied this building for many years now. The office has an older feel to it, with high ceilings and heavy doors that have seen many coats of paint over the decades. It is not like those modern glass offices you see nowadays, but it suits us just fine. We have our desks arranged in the main room, surrounded by shelves of technical books and old project files that we still refer to occasionally. Being in Egmore is very convenient since we are close to the railway station and other transport links. Most of our work involves planning and handling the paperwork for various engineering projects. There is usually a constant hum from the old window air conditioner and the sound of the printer. We do not do much in the way of advertising or trying to look big. We just take the work as it comes and try to do a decent job of it. Sometimes during the monsoon, the street outside gets a bit flooded, but we just wait it out. It is a small team here, and we have a simple routine of work and tea breaks that keeps things running smoothly day after day.
