We’re located over at 158 Palkalainagar in the Palavakkam area of Chennai. It’s a bit of an interesting spot, given the name of the place, but we’ve been here for a while. The office is right there in the 600041 area, not too far from the coast. You can sometimes feel the breeze if the windows are open, though usually we keep them shut because of the dust from the road. It’s a busy building with a lot of coming and going. People are always carrying books or files around. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. The desks are a bit old and the chairs squeak a little when you sit down. But it’s a good place to work. We spend our days dealing with paperwork and organizing things for the people who come through. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s steady. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. That’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve got a small kettle for tea and some snacks in the drawer. It feels more like a workshop than a big institution sometimes. We aren’t big on titles or making things sound more important than they are.
