We operate out of Zuari House at 46 Montieth Road in Egmore. It’s an old building that’s been around for a long time. Our office and display area are on the main floor. Being in Egmore means there's always something happening nearby, with the museum and all the schools. The space inside is quite large, but it’s mostly filled with desks, wardrobes, and bed frames. It’s not a super modern office; it has that older, solid feel to it. We have a small team working here, mostly people who have been with the company for years. We spend our days coordinating with the factory and talking to folks who walk in off the street. The traffic on Montieth Road can be a headache, but we like the location. It’s easy for people to find us. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the files are stacked a bit high on the desks. We just focus on the furniture. Most of our time is spent on the phone or checking the inventory lists. It’s practical work. We aren't trying to be the trendiest shop in Chennai. We just provide what people ask for and keep things running smoothly. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually grab our breaks. It’s just a normal workplace with people who know their business and just want to get through the tasks properly.
