Indian Design

Indian Design has been running out of Vel Amrutha Towers for a good while now. We are located at No. 15/7 on Nallanna Street, which is right in the middle of the Royapettah area. If you know this part of the city, you know how busy it gets during the day. The street is usually full of people moving around and cars trying to find a spot to park. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular space where we keep our computers and all the paper we use. Sometimes the building feels a bit old, and the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working right that morning. We usually start our day around ten when the traffic outside really starts to pick up. Most of what we do involves sitting at the desks and working through whatever design work came in the day before. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so the fans are always going full speed. There’s a tea stall just down the road where we get our drinks, and that’s usually when we take a small break from the screens. We’ve grown used to the noise from Nallanna Street over the years. It’s just how it is living and working in Royapettah. People find us because they live nearby or they saw our name on the building directory when they were visiting someone else. It's a simple setup.
