Our office is situated at No:3/80 in Mogappair West, Chennai. We’ve been running our facilities management business from this spot for a good while now. Mogappair is a busy part of town with a lot of houses and shops all mixed together. We have to keep track of a lot of different things every single day. It’s not just about sitting behind a desk; we’re often coordinating maintenance and looking after various logistics for different sites. The office itself is more about function than style. We have plenty of files, a few computers, and the phones are usually ringing with something new. Managing facilities isn't always a clean or easy job. It involves a lot of organizing and making sure that people are where they need to be to fix things that break. We don't have a polished corporate image or a dedicated marketing team to make us look fancy. We’re more interested in the practical side of the job. If something isn't working at one of the buildings we look after, we’re the ones who have to get it sorted out quickly. Our team is made up of people who know the Chennai area very well, especially this west side of the city. We don't go in for big speeches or complicated mission statements about what we do. We just try to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible for the places we manage. It gets a little hectic on some days, but we deal with it one thing at a time. No frills here, just work.
