Our office is located at Maruthi Emarald Colony in Kamarajnagar, specifically in the Perungudi area of Chennai-96. It’s one of those spots that stays pretty busy because everyone has a phone problem these days. We deal with the cellular side of things, so people are always coming in about their SIM cards not working or wondering why their data is slow. We aren't a giant corporate headquarters; we’re just the local spot where you go to get things sorted out. The office gets a bit cramped when too many people show up at once, especially on Monday mornings. We have our desks set up and we just try to get through the queue as fast as we can without making mistakes. Sometimes it’s just someone needing help with their bill, and other times it’s a bigger issue with the network in the colony. We’ve been here long enough to know many of the regulars who live around Perungudi. It’s a lot of sitting and talking and looking at screens. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up, open the doors, and start helping the next person in line. It’s a basic service, but everyone needs their phone to work, so we stay busy from morning until we close up for the night. That is pretty much how things go for us every week.
