We are based at 53/44, Thiruveethi Amman Kovil Street in Amininjikari, Chennai. It’s a very busy part of the city, right near the temple, so there is always the sound of bells or traffic in the background. Our office is a modest space in a building that’s surrounded by shops and small houses. We do consulting work, which basically means we talk to a lot of people about their business problems and help them sort things out. It’s not as glamorous as the name might sound. Most of the time, it’s just us sitting around a table with a laptop, trying to figure things out. The street outside is narrow, so parking is always a bit of a headache for everyone. We have a small team, and we all pitch in with everything, from making tea to filing the taxes. The office has that lived-in feel, with stacks of notebooks and different power cords everywhere. We don't have a big HR department or a fancy website team. It’s just us doing our best to help the clients who find their way to our door. Chennai gets incredibly hot, so the fan is always on high speed. We usually take a break in the afternoon when the sun is at its peak. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere where we don't put on any acts. We just show up and do the work required for the day.
