Icon Architectural Designs

Our place, Icon Architectural Designs, is situated at 84 O Block on 32nd Street in Anna Nagar East. We are in Ganapathy Colony, quite close to the Anna Nagar RTO Office. It is a decent area and we have been working out of this office for quite a while now. We mostly spend our time drawing up plans for houses and some commercial buildings around the city. It is a small operation, just a few of us who know our way around a drafting board and a computer. We do not go in for fancy marketing or big presentations. Most of our clients come to us because they saw a house we designed down the street and liked how it looked. We try to make sure every project we take on is handled carefully. It is about getting the light right and making sure the rooms are not too small. We listen to what people want, even if they are not sure how to explain it, and then we try to put it on paper. There is a lot of back and forth with the contractors and the city workers, but that is just part of the job. We stay busy and we like it that way. If you are over by the RTO office, you can find us easily enough. We are not here to sell you a dream, just to help you build a house that works.
