Hrworkbench

We are at 9/5 Kumara Guru Nathan Street in Mylapore. If you have ever been to this part of Chennai, you know it is full of life and very busy. Our office for Hrworkbench is right in the middle of all that noise. It is an older building and the stairs are a bit steep, so we get our exercise every morning. Inside, it is just a plain room with some desks and computers. We don't have any fancy decorations or posters on the walls. We prefer to keep things simple and functional. The street noise can be quite loud, especially during festival times, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Our team is small, just a few local folks who know the area well. We don't have a big corporate structure or managers watching our every move. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes the heat in Chennai gets to be a bit much, so we have a couple of fans going all day. We drink a lot of water and just keep working through the tasks. We aren't trying to change the world or anything. We just want to provide a decent service and make a living. We don't use big words or talk about missions. We are just a group of people working on a busy street in Mylapore. It is a bit dusty and loud, but it is our place and we like it.
