Hr7 Career

Hr7 Career is our small office located at No 3 on 3rd Main Road in Thirumalai Nagar Annex, Perungudi. We are right here in the Chennai 96 area. It is a part of the city that has grown a lot with all the tech companies nearby, but our street is a bit more of a regular neighborhood. We handle a lot of the career-related stuff for people around here. The office is basically just a couple of rooms where we keep our computers and a small seating area for people who come to talk to us. We spend a lot of our time looking at resumes and trying to figure out which person would be the right fit for the jobs we have open on our list. It’s not a high-pressure environment; we just take things one day at a time. Most of our work is about making connections and making sure we haven't missed any details in the paperwork. Perungudi is a busy place to be, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside, but inside we just focus on the task. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to get the job done. It’s a practical setup and it works for what we need to do. We just keep things moving and try to be as organized as possible with all the information we manage.
